what: paint, draw, graphic/web design
my studio is the resting place for all sorts of things i pick up (mostly off the ground)...bits of wood, twisted plant forms from the ocean, chipped paint, various animal/bird/fish skulls and bones, seed pods, pieces of insects, and other randomness. i look closely at these objects for elements i like: textures, pattern, holes, bubble/mold formations. These visuals become the basis for most of my works.
